Westmead oral dental hospital, baby changing room is within the female toilet in waiting area next to clinical dental reception.
As a single father i wont able to go to female toilet to change my baby's diaper.
When you design, I believe you should use common sense. Based on my experience, please arrange separate nappy change room. Also not seeing any disabled toilet either.
