"Cafe Staff Attitude"

About: St George Hospital

(as a service user),

I feel the music in the Zouki Cafe is so ridiculously loud the staff serving can't hear what you are ordering, and the customers can't hear them!

This dump, in my opinion, of a Cafe need to be educated in that not everyone customer has perfect hearing....

I believe someone needs to educate them it is "hospital cafe", not a nightclub.

I acknowledge the reasons that prompted you to contact us in relation to your recent experience in the Zouki Café at St George Hospital.

I am sorry that the Café’s music did not meet expectations and acknowledge that Hospitals are places of recovery and healing.

St George Hospital is committed to providing a hospital environment that meets our communities needs and I have provided your feedback to the Corporate Service Manager and the Management of the Café for attention.

We are building better environments across our Hospital that are centred on community need, and your feedback is important.
