"Magical Home water birth"

About: King Edward Memorial Hospital / Community Midwifery Program

(as the patient),

I had the birth of my dreams at home in May this year where I welcomed my daughter into my arms and to the world. My midwife Malita made me feel relaxed and confident and everything was so seamless and I didn’t have to leave the comfort of my own home. Birthing the placenta at home and even having a few stitches all at home. Malita then popped over later again that day. I felt the service provided by Tempe community midwife program is amazing and I believe it should be recognised for their hard work, love and care for their mamas! 💟

Dear mercurycr86

Thank you for taking the time to provide this wonderful feedback and congratulations on the birth of your daughter. I am delighted to hear how empowered your midwife Malita made you feel and that you were able to achieve the homebirth that you had dreamt of. We are very proud of our Community Midwifery Program (CMP) and the care that they provide to our patients and I'm so glad to hear that the aftercare provided to you at home added to your positive experience. I am sure Malita will be very grateful for your kind words of appreciation.

Wishing you all the best.

Kind regards

Delaney
