"Wonderful Palliative Care from POWH in RACF"

Juan, the Nurse Practitioner from POWH Palliative care, cared for both of my partner's parents after their palliative diagnoses earlier this year, and did so with utmost of care, kindness, compassion and professionalism.

My family members never felt rushed when Juan visited them, they always felt heard, and both felt reassured by having a plan in place for their end-of-life care.

As a RN myself it was extremely comforting to know Juan was only a phone call away. He was always happy to take a call from us, listen to any concerns, and action any changes to the care plan quickly. 

Both of my parent-in-laws loved and appreciated Juan's kind bedside manner. He is a wonderful asset to POWH, and both me and my partner are extremely grateful for Juan and his team's care in ensuring our loved ones had a dignified and peaceful end of life. Thank you for looking after them so wonderfully during one of the most difficult times in our lives.
