We had our bundle of what was supposed to be joy at Rockingham and ended up transferred to PCH
Cannot fault either hospital! PCH staff was amazing! Welcoming and accommodating even though we stayed out of the catchment to stay with our baby, every night midwife's arranged at least one night's stay over a 9 day stint at PCH. We had stages in the hospital and different levels of care over 9 days from being ventilated and high needs to cpap to finally dropping down to the nursery. I cannot fault these nurses/midwife's at all.
I felt the last doctor we had took some telling when we were looking at transferring back to Rockingham but in the end everyone just wanted what was best for the baby.
PCH now have a special place in our hearts 🤍
