"Rehabilitation after a series of falls"

I had been having a series of falls resulting in fractures to my spine, broken ribs etc. I came to Northam Hospital rehab where I worked closely with all staff, medical, clinical, physio, occupational, administration, nursing and assistants, social workers and more. 

A program was developed for me/with me to set my goals and achievements and these were the main areas the team worked with me on. 

At all times, I was treated with respect and courtesy and all staff, employees, assistants I dealt with went to great lengths to help and assist me in every aspect of my recovery. 

At the time I was ready to go home, armed with the knowledge and skills I have received from this organisation along with lots of cheer and laughter along the way. If I have to have further therapy in the future, based on my experience I would choose this hospital above all else!!!
