"In patient"

About: Yea and District Memorial Hospital / Acute Care Services

(as a carer),

I had been an in patient for a week and in that time I had not had my bed made or change of linen, not once been able to have a shower until my carer came in. No towels given. Medication not given at right times. Clinician seems to ignore me. I believe it is only when my carer and 1 front secretary person constantly reminds staff of these issues. I had used towels in the shower for 3 days that were not removed or replaced. They just seem to mop around them. I am extremely disappointed and feel it is as I don't exist.
