"Prolapse surgery at Kyneton health"

About: Kyneton Hospital / Perioperative Services

(as the patient),

I had prolapse surgery at Kyneton hospital performed by Dr Michael. I felt the whole process was professional but done with so much care. I am a person who suffers with OCD and not once during my operation or after care in the hospital did it affect me . I felt the care was unbelievable and so professional. Even once I was home Dr Michael practise advised on any of my concerns.

Hi hekatg58

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience with us.

We recognise how important it is to communicate effectively with all of our patients; and certainly, with surgical patients where the unfamiliar environment can be stressful.

What you have shared validates the caring and professional approach taken by our staff and that we are delivering on our organisations goal to deliver ‘best care for every person, every time’.

Kind regards

Kristine Wyatt
