We cannot thank the Transitional Aged Care Program team enough for the care they provided to both my parents and the support to us as a family across a number of months this year. Having both parents admitted to hospital at nearly the same time was extremely stressful, but I felt everyone on the care team was attentive, resourceful and worked together as a team to ease our worries. Thank you very much to the amazing team: Kim, Theodosia, Kelly, and Ric.
