About: Kerang Hospital

(as a service user),

Waited for over half an hour to get my glucose test done. Even had a time booking for mid-morning no one attended to me or anyone else until 30 minutes after my booked time I'm not very please with your service.

Dear redpz59,

Thank you for your feedback.

KDH provide rooms for the pathology provider however we do not staff or run the service.

Austin Pathology have their own feedback system and paper-based and online feedback forms. The paper-based forms are situated near their rooms in KDH.

They also provide a Feedback Frequently Asked Questions fact sheet on their site.
