Very grateful thanks to all staff I saw at Bass Coast Health for the care provided to my husband from his initial presentation through the emergency department earlier this year, transfer to another hosptial and subsequent return to Bass Coast Health and Armitage House, and home on the GEM programme more recently.

I felt he was treated at all times with the best medical and nursing care in a respectful and dignified manner. That care and concern was extended to myself and his family over the last few months and was a great support through difficult times.
