I had an appointment at ccu got lost in getting to it ended up in emergency where one of your bright cheerful cleaning staff went out of her way to get me to my appointment finally arrived at ccu what an amazing group of people i met can not speak highly enough of the care and kindness shown me to everyone I came in contact with, I think you are so amazing at your profession thankyou
