About: Bruce Rock Memorial Health Service / Emergency Department St John Ambulance WA

(as the patient),

I ended up in the ED after experiencing right sided abdominal pain for a few days. Ended up having to stay the night before being transferred via ambulance the next morning to another hospital for further examination with query Appendicitis. Thankfully (although still extremely painful) turned out to be a 7cm ovarian cyst. 

The RN Kyle I had during the night was absolutely amazing! He did a thorough examination and explained everything that’s was happening. Would highly recommend seeing him again in the future if he was on shift. 

The St John Ambulance crew that came from Belmont to collect me and take me to Perth were amazing! Feel for them having to stay with me for 4 hours due to ramping issues.
