I had a stroke recently and admitted to PoW Emergency and then to the Rehab ward. The staff there were extremely helpful, looked after me really well. I came home and started TACP for 12 weeks with Case Manager - Faye (registered nurse), Physiotherapist - Belinda, Occupational Therapist - Chloe and Community Aid - Ric. Just completed the 12 weeks program. The group was extremely helpful. Faye organised the group really well. Belinda's excellent physiotherapy and Ric's multi-tasking helped me to improve my condition well. My family and I really appreciate their help.
