(as the patient),

I was scheduled for an upcoming gastroscopy. I was satisfied and happy for the services of the healthcare professionals who assisted me and explained the procedure to me. I was given complete details of the procedure which made me felt safe and secured. I want to express my gratitude towards them on this feedback
