My partner had been rushed in for surgery and had their ambulance transfer request failed to be filled out by the nurses; who were seemingly too busy chatting amongst themselves at, from what I saw, every opportunity.
My partner spent the day requesting to be informed what was happening; infront of numerous visitors and family members; whilst the nurse would walk in; seemingly ignore them and walk out.
Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from Bunbury hospital in my opinion.
I feel the staff focus more on their social lives and less on their patients
In future we will take the long drive to Perth where I believe we know adequate care will be given.
