"Alpine care"

My father had suffered a stroke and was not initially expected to survive. His care was excellent and every possible courtesy was extended to myself and my mother as well. As he began to recover, opportunities for after-care were immediately put forward including accommodation. There were some difficulties due to my parents being unsure about their plans but the Lisa, who had put the scheme forward initially was very patient throughout and made every effort to resolve all issues and address all questions.
