My elderly brother was admitted to ED some weeks ago in a very poor physical, mental and emotional state. He is, at the time of writing this story, about to return to his home after an amazing transformation in his health, all due to the whole team at the hospital.
The consistently high level of care, compassion, patience, understanding and effort had to be seen to be believed. His family is just so very appreciative of the great effort made from all of the staff he encountered to return him to good health and provide avenues of support beyond hospital.
Doctors, RNs, ENs, support professionals, cleaners, caterers and admin staff were all involved in his recovery. Thank you!
