"Outstanding care and support from RKMHs adult"

I would just like to praise and give my deepest thanks to this service and the staff who work there. 

There on going care over the past few years has been supportive and compassionate. The medical staff, case workers, mental health nurses, psychologist and other support staff are always positive, efficient, caring and treat you with respect and dignity.  Recently my family had an awful event happen and again they were there offering support, guidance and safety with one phone call. Ensuring I was cared for and given extra support measures to keep me safe during this crisis. 

I always feel that I’m not just a number and that they work together with me to find the best way to help me and my mental health.

You do an amazing job, which is often challenging and complicated. I feel it’s a very stigmatized area of health and treatment is often long term and even lifelong but the staff here constantly work towards doing the best possible with the resources available.
