My child was diagnosed with uvitis in Sydney Eye Hospital after being treated by GP couple of times for eye infections which was not getting better.
My GP straight away referred her to Sydney Eye Hospital.
I found the staff here was very helpful, friendly and supportive.
My child got the help and treatment promptly which they were looking for.
But one thing that we noticed that whenever we come to Sydney Eye Hospital I personally feel that they are always understaffed.
Although we have appointment in the morning we have to wait long time to see Dr. sometimes several hours into the afternoon.
I strongly believe that they need some more trained helping hands to deal for cutting down the waiting period for patients.
Apart from long wait period we greatly appreciate efforts of all medical staff for their great support and guidance and best treatment.
God bless them all for their great help and all their apparent hard work to make a positive impact on the patient's life and their families for great help and support.
