"Emergency ruptured ear drum"

About: Armadale Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

Absolutely nothing but pain medication & seemingly no help! 

I went to urgent care due to a ruptured ear drum with filled with puss & got told to go to emergency ward ASAP! 

Went to ED & nothing but waiting & getting told why why why rather than seemingly actually helping me!

Not even worth the time in my opinion & I believe I see why people are seemingly getting sick & tired of hospitals.

It was truly upsetting to read about your interaction at our facility, specifically the treatment and care you received concerning your ear. The treatment you received was not in line with the standards we set ourselves.
