"Fabulous interactions at Armadale Hospital"

I booked a knee operation for the middle of the year and I want all staff, employees, and visiting specialists to know how wonderful was my experience during the whole process.

I was mostly interacting with Pre-Admission and Day Surgery, and to a lesser degree with vollies, shops and others.

From volunteers, admin, grounds, maintenance, cleaning, catering, registrars, nurses, students and specialists, every single interaction I had was pro-active, happy, compassionate, problem solving, efficient, and effective.

I feel the public health system gets a bad wrap in general and I have first hand experience with other public and private hospitals.

I feel Armadale was next level better.

Please consider this a huge bouquet thank-you to them all and to management who oversee this sort of staff performance. A credit to Armadale Hospital in my opinion.

I will send a small gift of appreciation to Pre-Admin/Day Surgery.
