(as a relative),

I just want to give a big shout out to staff in Triage, and Emergency Department at FSH WA for hard work despite large influx of patients, busy loads and challenging situations, and in particular for the care of my father. Very professional in their conduct and would like to mention nurse Nick in Triage, and nurse Chris who was an assessment lead, and nurse Luang who looked after him as well as medical teams who did initial assessment including surgical team that came to review him later on. Surgeon, Anaesthetic and Theatre staff was great too as well as 7B nurses, catering and porter staff and medical staff who have provided care to him. In particular nurse Sam from 7B who was efficient and professional in her care of him. Thank you.

Thank you for your shout out. You did very well to remember so many steps of your father’s care journey and the names of staff involved! This is a testament that they all really did have a big impact on you and your father. It does mean a lot that you took the time to share your gratitude.

I have shared your post with all the teams you have named and asked them to do their best to find the named staff and draw their attention to your post, with my added note of personal thanks.

I hope your dad has now recovered well.
