(as the patient),

I had an appointment in the outpatient clinic at Albany Health Campus recently.  The orthopaedic registrar, Zade, was very friendly and explained things clearly.  I was given an opportunity to ask questions which he answered in a way I could understand, and he also drew a diagram of the surgery I was likely to need which was helpful.  I was given a choice of which treatment I would like to take and referred for a steroid injection.  Overall, great care.  Thank you very much.
