I recently had my 3rd child at Esperance maternity and cannot speak highly of the care I received. From our ultrasounds with Beth who is an absolute gem to Dr Jono who was the best anaesthetic doc, so reassuring in pre appointments and in theatre. Having more antenatal appointments with the midwives this time round was a welcome change. The care from all the midwives Dorothy, Sophie, Sue, Kylie, Eli during our stay was again absolutely amazing. Kylie was so kind and reassuring during a couple of hiccups we had in the first couple of days. Sophie went above and beyond up to 3 weeks after I was discharged when I was still needing support, cannot thank her enough, along with Dorothy and Rosie for making sure I was fully recovered. Eli the student midwife is a real gem and she will make the most amazing midwife. 

Also appreciate all the hospital staff kitchen, cleaners, orderlies who were all so friendly during our stay and our visits after checking in on us. 

Thank you to everyone on such positive experiences for all 3 of our children 😃

I hope you and the family had a lovely long weekend. Thank you so much for showing your appreciation of our wonderful team, you did an amazing job in naming the staff which meant it has been very easy to share our thanks with the team. They were very humbled upon reading your lovely compliment. As you touched on in your story it takes a team to provide wonderful care to our patients and their families and often we can take this for granted, from a management perspective it shows that everything that goes on in the background in regards to governance and training supports the team on the ground.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share, when you must have a very busy life with the new baby.
