About: Bentley Hospital / Mental Health

(as the patient),

Thank you to the hospital for providing what I feel is a comfortable and well-equipped system with sufficient resources to fully provide assistance and services to rehabilitation patients in need.

I need to go to the hospital to provide assistance at this moment so that I can adjust my physical and mental process as soon as possible. I make some comments out of a sense of dedication to society and a calling of duty.

I have seen that the number of drinking paper cups provided by the hospital for patients undergoing treatment is only about 4 to 500 in the Ward 8 hospital. I have not counted the other wards in the Ward 1 to 11 hospital. It seems that this is not a small cost figure. I believe it is known that the hospital also provides a hygienic and good environment.

In fact, I feel this will cause unnecessary waste of resources and recycling, and will always cause harm to the social environment and weather changes, leaving our children and future generations to face problems and a harsh environment that is not suitable for living. So let us work together towards a better tomorrow starting now. I make a simple opinion as an indicator for considering acceptance options.

My suggestion is that the hospital provides plastic cups for daily use by the people under care so that they can clean them after use and the hospital can judge whether they can take care of themselves in individual cases. I believe the plastic cup itself will not be used as an attack weapon or to harm others. This is my little suggestion as a person under the care of the hospital. Thanks

I hope that my opinions can serve as motivation for local young people to make improvements and contribute to Australian government agencies and society. Thanks.

Dear eridanusdc53,

I am always pleased to hear when the Bentley Health Service (BHS) is successful in providing beneficial health care to those in need. Royal Perth Bentley Group (RPBG) is committed to continually providing assistance and support to our consumers at a high standard and your feedback assures us that we are getting things right.

Thank you for supplying your suggestion on how we can improve the drinking facilities at BHS. This has been shared with the relevant senior members of the hospital for consideration. Recommendations requested by our consumers are vital and instrumental with improving the services RPBG provides. Your contribution to this important goal is appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Mr Ben Noteboom
