(as a service user),

Recently I brought my mother, who is in her mid 90s, from Bridgetown Hospital to Warren Health for an OPG. The three staff members involved were:

Kim X-ray

Nibin Orderly

Jessilee Nurse 

My mother had a moon boot on due to a fracture and the assistance with helping her out of the car and into a wheelchair, and very prompt and courteous attention from the above team members was wonderful. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism.
