About: District Nursing Service (Kerang District Health) Kerang Hospital / Kerang Oncology Service

(as the patient),

I believe the District nursing service is invaluable to our community. All Staff I've seen have been very professional, caring and more than happy to answer any questions. I was part of the Hospital in the Home extension service from Bendigo Health.

I was lucky enough to have a number of student nurses visit and hope the experience they gain while at Kerang helps them in their future studies and career choices.

As part of my ongoing treatment through Hospital in the Home care, I needed to visit the Oncology service weekly. The team in Oncology are very caring and professional with a wealth of knowledge.

I feel we are so lucky to have the service in Kerang to service a wide area of our State.

Thank you for your valuable feedback and for taking the time to provide this.

We are very lucky to be able to provide services such as these closer to home.

We pride ourselves on providing students with an excellent experience. I am glad you saw the value in their KDH placements.

As Sue has quite rightly said, students are our future workforce, so we really want them to remember their time at KDH and come back and work with us in the future.

Both our District Nursing and Oncology Services are exceptional, and we are very proud of the care and expertise they provide to our community. I will be sure to let them know your feedback.
