"Daughter presented to ED"

About: Sale Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter had to be taken to ED recently for what we thought was an asthma flare up. She was sent to another hospital as it turned out to be croup that she was needing hourly nebs for.

I just wanted to pass my thank you onto the Paediatrician, ED doctor & all nurses involved that treated my daughter so promptly and always made sure we were aware of all possible outcomes.

I am also aware the Paediatrician followed up with the other hospital to check in how my daughter was going, which we appreciate.

We will always be grateful that CGH ED were so quick to manage my daughter's symptoms & that it was most likely their work that avoided her having to be intubated.

Dear snowrq63

Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge your appreciation of our Paediatrician, ED Doctors and nurses after what would have been a worrying time for your family. It is always nice to hear positive feedback and even nicer to be able to forward it on to the medical staff.

I hope your daughter has recovered well and is back home.

Thank you.

Divyanshu Dua
