Asked staff for help with I.D card working with kids as my passport and wcc were stolen whilst sleeping on the street. I cannot get a drivers licence. Was refused any help. Apparently manager will not pay for passport so I can get accommodation. I'm currently on job seeker. Pathetic service, in my opinion.
Got the run around to see Centrelink about it.
I've got a broken arm and seemingly expected to cope ?
Tried to explain things to social worker RUAH would even cover a ren dollar wcc card so I'd get to get my passport. I feel this is a lame lame service.
