"My Experience at POWH"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Speech Pathology Department

(as the patient),

Recently I had an appointment with the speech pathology department. It was scheduled with a lady named Pip. When I had arrived at the hospital I forgot where I was supposed to go, so I asked the person at the front desk. After calling the speech pathology department, Pip came straight away to get me. Her pleasant demeanour was immediately evident.

Throughout the next 35 minutes she put me through a series of vocal test. Her jovial disposition put me at total ease. Plus her professional manner made me feel very comfortable and confident that I am in the right hands, throughout this difficult period of my life.

Being in a really difficult period of my life. I can not stress how important this level of service is important to patients like me.

In concluding, I want to thank not just Pip. But also Sienna and the staff from radiology who made my experience as pleasant as it was.
