I have had no emails responded to for a couple of months, a live chat abruptly ended, and a call hung up on, while trying to seek an answer to a simple query. I feel this service is being conducted unprofessionally and I have been treated rudely for no reason. I have felt dismissed and confused by this behaviour. My experiences with Epsychiatry make it seem like an illegitimate business not to be trusted.
