(as a parent/guardian),

My son injured his finger at school, damaging the nail bed. We presented to ED mid-morning, triaged immediately and taken through for X-ray within 15minutes. We were discharged around lunch time with a surgical date the next day in Melbourne. The care we received from Dr Adakari and nurses Chloe and Siobhan was fantastic, from checking in with us regularly to how they spoke patiently and calmly to my scared son to reassure him. Fantastic experience at a stressful time - thank you.
