"The staff in this facility"

About: Barwidgee Lodge

(as a relative),

Both my parents have entered into this aged care facility. My mother is 91 and is coping well. My father at 93 is not coping so well. He has advanced Alzheimer's dementia. My father has been agitated and quite aggressive, he even threw a coffee table through a glass door.

I have to say the staff in this facility have been so patient, kind, understanding and very professional. I can’t praise and thank them enough. So thank you to all the staff at Barwidgee Lodge, Myrtleford.

Dear defendermn43

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experience about your parent’s admission to Barwidgee Lodge. The transition from home to residential aged care is often a difficult time and especially for those living with dementia. I shall pass on your thanks and appreciation to the staff for the kindness and understanding that you received during this challenging time.
