(as a relative),

My mother was in care at IDHS until she was 100 years old. The staff were fantastic from Cheryl and Kera in reception to Jenny the tea lady, they were always wonderful to mum and our family. They even had a horse visit as they knew mum liked horses. When mum was at the end of her life, Lynne had lovely music and candles and made it as nice as they could. Chaplin Darcy was wonderful to mum too. The activities were fantastic, and our family could join in.
