"Bunbury ED"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

My child injured themselves at the playground. It didn’t look too good so we headed into our closest ED, which is Bunbury. Ample free parking close by, they were triaged promptly, given pain relief and directed to wait in the EDAC area.

In due course we were called through, saw the Dr and nurse, my child was sent for an x-ray, we were explained the results, the injury was immobilised and we were sent home with a referral to the outpatient clinic to follow up.

We were there for a few hours.

All of the staff we interacted with from triage through to x-ray were absolutely lovely and very kind to my child who was in a lot of pain.

Dear Countrymouse123.

Thanks so much for taking the time to feed this back to us. I am really glad that we were able to help your child as well as demonstrate kindness and facilitate follow-up.

I do hope that your child is continuing on the road to recovery.

Many thanks!

Regards,

Steve
