(as the patient),

I just want to praise the nurse that helped with my Colposcopy at your hospital.

I think if I remember rightly her name was Debbie.

She was so so caring & professional & put me at ease. I was so nervous & afraid about the procedure but she really helped to settle my nerves.

She is a real asset to you & I would love it if you could pass on my many thanks to her.

The whole thing was done with care & professionalism & I won't be so afraid next time.
