"Attendance in ED"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

In my opinion, the ward clerk at the desk was so rude and not accommodating to the needs of the patient.

They dismissed me twice and did not provide any solution when all I asked was for pain relief and an antiemetic for the patient I was in attendance with. 

I felt they were not sympathetic at all to fracture and did not go out of their  way to alert nursing staff. I am beyond disappointed by the service at Prince of Wales and hope no one experiences the same.
