About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Outpatient Palliative Supportive Care Clinic

(as a carer),

I am writing to thank all the staff at the Palliative Care Clinic, they have helped my husband and myself during a very difficult time as he progresses through his pulmonary fibrosis journey.

All staff have given us their time and support during this time giving us help, ideas, equipment, coffees, and most importantly hugs. My husband is nearing the end of his journey and we have had so much support that we feel a part of the palliative family and couldn’t have survived without their friendship and help.

We strongly focus on Person Centred & Compassionate care which is delivered with the highest standard especially patients are in the very challenging stages of their lives.
