"Day surgery"

(as the patient),

Feel very fortunate having been looked after so very well by all the team involved in my day surgery procedure.

Pre admission phone contact was both professional friendly & reassuring. 

The day of the surgery was made as easy as possible by all involved and you can just tell that all the staff are happy and work together to provide the best outcomes for their patients. Phone contact the next day equally friendly and reassuring.

Thank you very much for leaving such positive feedback regarding your recent visit to Busselton Health Campus - Day Surgery.

We have found that the pre and post-op phone contact with patients to be a valuable part of the patient journey through their health-care "visit" to Busselton Day Surgery. We have found that patients are able to talk about their worries and concerns prior to their visit and many find that this one contact can relieve their anxiety!

I do agree that we are a happy bunch here! I am glad that you could feel the "love" in the air. The team work very well together and ensuring high quality patient care is at the core of what we try to achieve every day.
