"My care whilst at ADH."

About: Alexandra District Hospital

(as the patient),

After a very heavy fall I was taken by ambulance to a local hospital for x-rays/scans then transferred back to Alexandra hospital. I spent 6 days there and was cared for and treated by all staff so very well. They were kind, friendly and nothing was too much bother, I unfortunately had other issues whilst there (flare ups of a mast cell issue) and the nursing staff were wonderful in helping me deal with it, as was Dr Kate.

I have had to go to urgent care several times over the years, one for anaphylaxis whereby they saved my life, so 'thankful' really doesn't cut it. I've also had day surgery too. The care is above what I've ever received anywhere in a hospital in my 75 years on this planet! Thank you and keep up the great work you do.

Dear KLUTZ48

Thanks so much for sharing your story regarding the great care that you received during your recent admission with us at ADH and your appreciation of ADH over the years.

I am so sorry to read of your fall and I hope that you are recovering well and getting back to enjoying life now that you are at home.

I will share your feedback with all the team. It is so important they get to hear the care they provided has made a difference.

Kind Regards

Claire
