After a very heavy fall I was taken by ambulance to a local hospital for x-rays/scans then transferred back to Alexandra hospital. I spent 6 days there and was cared for and treated by all staff so very well. They were kind, friendly and nothing was too much bother, I unfortunately had other issues whilst there (flare ups of a mast cell issue) and the nursing staff were wonderful in helping me deal with it, as was Dr Kate.
I have had to go to urgent care several times over the years, one for anaphylaxis whereby they saved my life, so 'thankful' really doesn't cut it. I've also had day surgery too. The care is above what I've ever received anywhere in a hospital in my 75 years on this planet! Thank you and keep up the great work you do.
