"ED Care in Katanning"

I went to Katanning Emergency Department recently. My Daughter had an ear ache that wasn't going away with nurofen. Pauline from admin was welcoming and let us know what to do. We were then taken into the nurses office where nurse Therese checked my daughter over. Therese was caring and compassionate and put my daughter at ease. We were then taken into the main ED and we were seen by Dr Hayder. Dr Hayder was very good with my daughter and recognised that she had an ear infection. We were given pain relief and next steps. Both Dr Hayder and nurse Therese gave my daughter the best care and we were seen quickly, even though there were others in the ED that they were looking after. The Katanning community is so lucky to have such great staff working here. Thank you.
