(as the patient),

I had an appointment for walking test and a blood gas test. The physio was Jill and she made me feel so relaxed and explained everything so clearly. I was really nervous and she soon made me feel at ease. Truly a lovely lady.

Was then sent to a respiratory nurse Carin who was also so caring and again made me feel at ease. 

Then came Dr Chaminda to do blood test. Well he was exceptional. Had the best mannerism and fully explained what he was going to do. He then explained the results so I could understand. I had the best experience. I don’t know why I felt so nervous. Many thanks for your kindness.
