(as the patient),

As a a proud first nation people, I want to express how well nurse Lisa treat me while I am in discharge lounge waiting for my script and doctor letter.

Nurse greet me with a beautiful smile and provide a nice cup of coffee and sandwich to me. She listen to my questions and call doctor to sort out everything I needed. 

I think discharge lounge is a good idea where people can relax and wait for their paperwork while still taking care by nurse, really peace of mind.

Also, thank you for helping me booked a taxi and escorted me to it as I am a bit wobbly on my feet when I walk. I arrived home safe and sound.
