(as a parent/guardian),

I never have done a review regarding anything before but felt so compelled to write a message thanking Geraldton Regional Hospital for such incredible care. From the doctors and nurses on E.D to the nurses up on the Peads ward. You were all so attentive and thorough with your care for our daughter and took the time to explain everything that was going on. We felt so safe and heard with you all. Thank you, you are an amazing team.

Thank you for sharing your lovely feedback.

As a parent myself I can sympathise how distressing it is to have a child so sick you need to bring them to the ED. It was therefore very heartening to read how well everyone in the ED supported your child, whilst also keeping you informed. I am most glad that the excellent level of care continued through their admission to the Paediatric Ward. Your kind words have already been shared with the department managers so they can acknowledge the great care provided by their colleagues.

I do hope your daughter is feeling better now.
