"Breathing difficulties"

About: Bright Hospital

(as the patient),

I was taken by ambulance to Bright Hospital with breathing difficulties due to COPD. I was admitted and given oxygen for 3 days, prednisolone + my normal puffers. I was treated very well by the Drs and Nurses and all staff I dealt with at the hospital. I remained in hospital for 5 days then discharged to return home.

I felt confident with the staff and expertise, friendliness and commitment they showed to my care.

Dear echowx95,

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback of your experience at Bright Hospital. We really value hearing from our patients and community.

It is warming to read of your experience at Bright Hospital, and I have passed this onto our Nursing staff. Our staff take a lot of pride in caring for our patients, so I am glad this was reflected in your experience.

Kind regards,

Erin Graves
