I wanted to thank paramedics Mel and Caitlyn (based out of Joondalup) for their exceptional service recently. My son suffered a febrile seizure and I felt they were both incredibly professional, calming and thoughtful the entire time. The effort they both made to put me at ease and to explain everything that was happening, made the situation much easier for me to process. Mel was especially knowledgeable as she is also a midwife so that was a bonus!
I think paramedics are a special type of people and I can’t thank them enough.
