About: Patient Assisted Travel Scheme - WACHS South West

(as the patient),

A few months ago I found out I was entitled to claim trips to Fremantle Eye Clinic on PATS. I contacted Libby from the South West Office and she was amazing. At a time when I was recovering from surgery, sight not the best, I sent an email to the SW PATS Office of WACHS. Libby contacted me by email, asked for my phone number, explained the procedure for claiming and took care of it all for me.

As I have had 2 surgeries and multiple visits to the Eye Clinic, there have been a few claims and Libby has continued to help & support along the way. Very grateful for a kind, caring person when experiencing some  medical problems. Thank you Libby.
