My eye operation, from lead up to 2 weeks later when stitches came out, was like being treated by family members. From Doctor and nurses to staff members I saw all you could hear was happy, polite caring words. From each other to patients I felt they never wavered in their helpful happy demeanour. I was given advice and information in layman’s terms.
One thing I feel is needed in the outpatients waiting rooms though and that is fixed chairs. In the couple of hours we waited in the eye section, I noticed that people with eye problems had difficulty manoeuvring about with the single lightweight chairs that would tip if leant on, or would catch their footing on the metal legs that protruded out from the chairs. If I ever come into money I will donate to fix this problem.
"Blepharoplasty."
