(as the patient),

I would like to commend the day surgery at Busselton Hospital from the receptionist Heidi smiling face to all the nurses who took care of me during my eye surgery with Dr Neil recently.

To Anita and Niki being so professional  in their care of me through the eye drops administration, Christmas carols playing to relax us , to Dr Luke the anaesthetist for explaining everything he was going to do to relax me , to the theatre nurse Aunt Sophie for holding my hand during the operation while Dr Neil talked to me to let me now what was happening thank you all.

I believe you are all worth millions and  the WA health service should be proud of you all thank you

It is very special that you were able to remember so many of the names of the staff that cared for you during your journey! I appreciate it very much as I can thank each member personally!
